My path into the digital world took a bit of an interesting turn—one that really shaped my multidisciplinary approach today! After finishing my 10th, I initially dove into a Diploma in Computer Engineering. At the time, that choice felt purely strategic, driven by the immense job opportunities I saw in the tech sector.
I definitely gave coding a solid try, spending hours wrestling with different languages. While I can certainly write functional code, I found that performing truly complex logical operations and backend system architecture wasn't where my passion genuinely clicked. It was a challenging period of self-discovery, realizing that my brain gravitated more towards the visual outcomes and tangible user experiences rather than the intricate lines of backend code.
That's when I started looking for my "Option B," and that search serendipitously led me straight to the exciting, vibrant world of graphic design and branding. It was an instant game-changer! I immersed myself in learning design principles, visual communication, and the art of shaping a brand's identity. It felt like finding where I truly belonged, and frankly, I'm still learning and absolutely loving every single bit of it.
But here's the thing: those early coding days weren't for nothing. They sparked an enduring fascination with new technologies and how things are actually built. So, while design quickly became my primary creative outlet, I'm always keen to keep "Option A" coding alive and continuously explore new developments. That foundational understanding of development actually makes me a stronger designer; it helps me bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring my designs are not just beautiful, but also practical and ready for implementation. It's this unique blend of logical thinking and creative expression, of building and designing, that truly drives my passion for crafting compelling digital experiences.
